Activities
Production and Reserves

The significant increase in Egypt's Natural Gas production and reserves can be summarized as follows:

The Natural gas reserves in 1982 were about 6.35 TCF, which has been increased to 72.3 TCF in 2007.

The growth in both production and reserves were mainly due to the continuing efforts to develop the producing fields, intensive exploration activities all over the areas in the country with a lot of investments, excess in the production facilities which helps to connect any exploration fields, in addition to that applying the state of the art technology of seismic, drilling and reservoir modeling.
