The Conference and Exhibition have been inaugurated by H.E. Eng. Sameh Fahmy Minister of Petroleum accompanied by their Excellencies Dr. Mamdouh Riad Minister of Environment, Mr. Madjeed Kermov the Azerbaijani Minister of Energy, and Eng. Mohamed Tawila chairman of EGAS.

The conference program included different sessions in which latest technologies and investments opportunities for gas industry were discussed.

Along with the conference an exhibition was held, where local and international companies presented the up-to-date gas technologies and equipment. Sheikh Ahmed Fahd ElAhmed ElSobah, the Kuwaite Minister of Energy was welcomed by Eng. Sameh Fahmy at the conference and exhibition.
