Chairman Assistant For International Relations
Randa El Khayat was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1963. She received the Bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting) from the Cairo University in 1987.
In 1988, she started her career in the petroleum sector as a specialist in Cooperation Petroleum Company. In 1997, she worked as Specialist at EGPC in Planning & Projects and took part in gas connections companies’ agreements.
Then she was assigned to work at the Ministry of Petroleum till August 2001. From August 2001 till May 2002, she was a Department Head in Planning & Projects in EGPC.
In May 2002, Randa moved to EGAS as Projects Accounts Department Head. Then she was promoted to Assistant General Manager in Planning & Projects in May 2004.
Starting March 2006, she moved to the International Relations Department as an Assistant General Manager for Gas Communications and then graduated in posts till 2017 and reached Assistant Chairman for International Relations (till now). During this period, Randa has contributed to the development of business by managing international relations through the follow up of the activities of international gas organizations and studies on gas activity in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
She also participated in the preparation and supervision of many local and international conferences and exhibitions for EGAS and its affiliate companies.
Randa received many Honors and Awards for her remarkable contributions such as Acknowledgement for Exhibitors INTERGAS VII, Certificate of Appreciation in MEOS 2015, Best Booth in MOC 2016, Best Booth in MOC 2018, and Best Booth in OMC 2019.
